Carl & Ingeborg Beidleman Research Award in Business and Economics
The objective of the Carl R. and Ingeborg Beidleman Research Award is to highlight quality research and refereed scholarship in business and applied economic disciplines at Lehigh; reward those involved in distinguished research, and place research on an equal level with teaching and University service in the annual recognition of faculty achievements. Only faculty members are permitted to submit nominations for this award.
The recipient will be selected on the basis of one or more of the following:
- A major research accomplishment in the last five years;
- Development of a significant research program or activity;
- Extended demonstration of research or scholarly competence over many years;
- Bringing significant recognition to Lehigh University and the College of Business and Economics based on research and scholarly achievement.
