Recognizes a member of the exempt staff for excellence in administrative, orteaching or research work, or for advancing the interests of the University. Eligibility: Member of the exempt staff who has advanced the interests of the University or for administrative or research work. Selection Process: Nominations will be screened by the Exempt Staff Award Committee who will rank the top three candidates. The final selection will be made by the Senior Officers. Amount: $5,000 Criteria: Exempt staff. No one can win twice in succession or more than twice in a career. It is for excellence in administrative and/or research and for advancing the interests of the University. • Sustained excellence in performance that has major impact on advancing the department/university goals • Exemplary initiative and service • Previous winners of this award have exemplified the highest level of achievement at the University
